6 strategies for enhancing the position of the Public Affairs function
Based on both interviews and research, I have identified 6 strategies for enhancing the position of the PA function – and how they typically fail. In this lecture I will go through them one by one, and pinpoint exactly what to look out for. Together, we will also discuss which of these, your PA function might be struggling with.
This lecture requires a minimum of one interview with key person in the Public Affairs function beforehand. The lecture is 45 minutes + 15 mins Q&A.
