150+ interviews, 100 pages, 20 chapters, 5 cases and more than 40 models. After more than a year of research, interviews and writing, my new book is now finally out 1/6.
The book is titled “From Backroom to Boardroom: How to Organise and Elevate Your Public Affairs Function” and is about the theoretical and practical implications of organizing the Public Affairs function, as well as how to make it a business enabler and not only a firefighter function.
The lecture is about the insights and conclusions from the book. The lecture is 45 minutes + 15 mins Q&A.
