In this lecture I assess the level of your Public Affairs function. Grounded in my Public Affairs Performance Model, I analyse your organisation, structures, people and results.
This lecture requires a minimum of two interviews with key people in the Public Affairs function beforehand. The lecture is 45 minutes + 15 mins Q&A.
