The role of the Public Affairs Manager can be more challenging than many may think

It can be challenging to get the rest of the organisation to understand what you do and legitimize your role. It can be a challenge to create alignment with other departments. Sometimes the expectations from management can unrealistic or at least unclear. And it can be a challenge to proof your value and point to. Finally, your direct report might be head of a department with many other responsibilities than Public Affairs.

From 15+ years of experience working with PA pros, I know challenges come in many shapes. And sometimes it can be difficult to discuss these challenges with a colleague internally as it can be hard have an honest conversation when your promotion, salary or responsibility may influence the honesty of the conversation.

So I created a course specifically aimed at helping Public Affairs Managers.

In this course I apply my framework and create a tailormade course of 4 meetings in which we discuss your situation and challenges in a structured plan.
